Tranquility Garden and Property Services offers Pool Safety Inspections to residential and bodycorp customers. We are fully licenced with a “no restrictions” inspectors licence. This means we are able to inspect your pool and complete safety repairs. Minor safety issues are rectified during the initial inspection with no extra fees occurred to the pool owner.

Most Pool Inspectors hold “restricted” licences and cannot complete the required repairs, meaning you will need to get another person to complete the repairs and then pay for another safety inspection.

For the more extensive repairs, the same applies. However, you can obtain additional quotes on the repairs from our competitors if required. As we offer competitive pricing with guaranteed workmanship and reduced inspection fees for the more extensive repairs.

Our inclusive residential inspection price of $225.00 (GST included) covers:

– Initial pool inspection (2 gates included, additional gates $25 each)
– Minor repairs (Gate, fence and latch adjustments)
– Pool safety certificate, (laminated additional $5.00);
– A 2nd pool inspection, if required, 3rd and any additional inspections $120
